Job Title: WordPress Architect
Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Experience: 12-16 years
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of WordPress projects, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews, code quality checks, and identify areas for improvement in terms of code structure, performance, and maintainability.
- Act as a technical mentor, providing guidance and support to team members and promoting best practices.
- Interface with customers to understand their requirements, provide technical recommendations, and address any concerns or issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
- Champion agile methodologies and participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn and work on new technologies and frameworks, such as Node.js, React, or Angular.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12-16 years of experience in web development, with a focus on WordPress and PHP.
- Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, customization, and plugin development.
- Proficiency in AWS services and infrastructure design.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager or other ad management platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
