A reputable mining company is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Workshop Manager. The suitable candidate will be reporting to the Mine Manager.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Registered Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
• Proven experience working in a workshop environment, preferably within the mining sector
• Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and resources
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

Location: Solwezi, North-Western Province
Living in Solwezi will be considered an added advantage.
