Our Client is an industry-leading transmission solutions manufacturer located in Iasi.

We are looking for a dedicated Young Engineer ready to be mobile and work in a diverse and global context, a key talent for our Client’s organization.

 The Young Engineer will be in a specific development program:

• Common week in Belgium, to gain knowledge on specific processes;
• 4-12 weeks of shop floor experience –to understand products, processes, and client needs.
• Specific Engineering and project engineering trajectories/technology training;
• Assignment abroad –3 months abroad in another plant;
• Group Assignment / Kaizen weeks;

 Your profile

• Master in engineering science.
• Excellent spoken and written English. (Additional languages are given merit).
• Maximum of two years previous working experience.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinker.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn on the fly and by doing.
• Drive for continuous improvement and lean.
• No doubts about willingness to travel, work globally and open to relocation
