JOB DESCRIPTION

The Zonal Manager will be responsible for operating of Nephroplus Dialysis units across the zone. Ensure optimum efficiency of units by coordinating with various functions to achieve target growth and profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction. Accountable for operational issues, process streamlining, end to end business, clinical and manpower administration.

• Graduate/ PG with experience in Healthcare/ Pharma/ Consulting or other relevant industry.
• Experience required: 8 to 10 years
• Relevant experience in government or advocacy, preferably in healthcare services
• Excellent communication, negotiations and presentation skills
• P&L understanding
• Market knowledge
• Ability to connect, network, influence key customers/ stakeholders
• Understanding of legal language to prepare & sign contracts
• Capability to serve primary liaison with partners
• Analytical and Self driven
• Travel – 70%
• Advanced knowledge of MS office applications

Roles and Responsibilities

Operations:

• Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement

• and manage operational plans.
• Liasion with govt officials of State Health Department and State Health Authorities
• Build, coordinate and maintain partnerships with multiple stakeholders, including members of the Aarogysri
• Trust, Medical Superintendent, NHM Team, civil society, government, and the private sector
• Ensuring standardisation of operations across centres and implementation of Company SOPs
• Ensuring operations are streamlined leading to best customer experience and enabling a motivating environment
• for staff across the network of Dialysis Units.
• Monitor, review, evaluate and ensure all KPIS of the centres are met on on- going basis,
• Monitor, review performance & addressing deviations & causes for the same
• Ensuring optimum utilization and maintenance of facilities & services.
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and
• organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
• Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
• Conducting spot operational audits during centre visits
• Ability to work independently and lead a team to achieve goals
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and a best practice

• Finance:
• Responsible for bottom line profitability and revenue generation of the centres through cost efficiency.
• Responsible for maintenance of a healthy EBITDA
• Prepare and control operational budgets.
• Plan effective strategies for the financial well being
• To rationalizing expenditure through cost optimization with budgetary control and enhance profit margins.
• To identify the underperforming centres and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively.
• Effectively manage and review P&L of all the centres/cluster to optimize centre profitability
• People Development & Relationship Management:
• Leading the cluster managers and guiding them to achieve operational excellence for their cluster of centres,
• counselling, coaching and giving feedback wherever required.
• Mentor the cluster managers to seek and continuously develop knowledge
• Ensure training of the Cluster Managers and centre staff takes place in a timely and Effective manner
• Implementing the Performance Appraisal Plan for the staff, Finalization of KRAs, Evaluating & providing
• feedback.
• Managing relationship with top clinical-nephrologists, acting as liaison between clinical and internal teams of
• doctors to deliver best clinical outcome

Quality:

• Ensuring adherence to quality standards at centres.
• Create a culture of COE and ensure that timely audits are being conducted by stakeholders
• To ensure that all centres adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, brand
• standards, company policies and procedures

• Communication:
• Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance.
• Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
• Excellent communications and coaching skills to engage and inspire colleagues
