About Us
We are the latest addition to Antal International’s network in India. Being an entrepreneur has always been my dream since long. After spending more than 3 decades in corporate life, Vinay Pradhan decided to take a plunge in to the world of Entrepreneurship by tying up with Antal International Network as their Franchise at Vadodara from 1st January 2023
Meet Vinay Pradhan
He is a well-known name in the Pump industry having worked for 38 years in the industry in various leadership positions.
A Mechanical Engineer from VNIT Nagpur, started his career with a start-up and then moved on to various MNCs in Sales/Service of Mining equipment before moving to Pump and Valve industry wherein he worked with most Industry leading companies in API & Slurry markets in various roles including leadership positions.
Also had a stint with leading companies into Auto components & Power transmission products. He was responsible for P&L for MNCs for last 15 years.
With his experience in the Industry, he brings to the table a deep insight in Industry, Business knowledge and a Large Network to provide you Optimal Recruitment Solutions. This will help companies to reduce Turnaround time & Reduce Cost.
It will also help candidates to ensure proper fitment of companies and roles to achieve their aspirations.
