Prior to setting up the Antal Côte d'Ivoire office, Malik BAKAYOKO held various high-level International Management positions, notably at the local subsidiary of Banque Belgolaise in Abidjan, Unilever, Coca-Cola and Durabilis N.V. His position and his multi-sector experience in Law, Finance, Marketing and Management enable him to have a good understanding of clients' needs and to propose the best profiles adapted to each position. 
In each company he has worked for, he has been able to create a dynamic work environment and has been able to positively change the working environment and financial results thanks to a true leadership that takes into account the social and cultural specificities of the geographical area.
Malik Bakayoko obtained his Executive MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona, he is also a consultant in SME development.
 

A graduate of Sciences-Po Paris (Bac+5), holder of a Diplôme d'étude approfondie (DEA) Emploi-Formation from the University of Nancy and a postgraduate degree in management and human resources development from the Institut de Gestion Sociale de Paris (IGS), he has a solid experience of some twenty years acquired in both the public and private industrial sectors in France. During his rich career, he has assumed high-level responsibilities in the field of human resources within major structures in mainland France and overseas. As a lecturer in Master 2 and Master in Economic and Social Administration for about ten years at the University of Rennes II, he was involved in teaching internships in continuing education at Sciences-Po Paris and at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers de Paris (CNAM). In June 2019, he created the HR consulting firm: "Global Ressources Conseil - Côte d'Ivoire".
