Mariame KONE, Recruitment Consultant at Antal Côte d'Ivoire, holds a Higher Technician Certificate (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) in Human Resources and Communication. She has been with Antal since 2022, and has been able to learn from the experience of others in this field, which has enabled her to quickly develop her skills in researching candidates' CVs and recruiting in order to identify the most promising candidates.

Prior to setting up the Antal Côte d'Ivoire office, Malik BAKAYOKO held various high-level International Management positions, notably at the local subsidiary of Banque Belgolaise in Abidjan, Unilever, Coca-Cola and Durabilis N.V. His position and his multi-sector experience in Law, Finance, Marketing and Management enable him to have a good understanding of clients' needs and to propose the best profiles adapted to each position. 
In each company he has worked for, he has been able to create a dynamic work environment and has been able to positively change the working environment and financial results thanks to a true leadership that takes into account the social and cultural specificities of the geographical area.
Malik Bakayoko obtained his Executive MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona, he is also a consultant in SME development.
