With master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Human Resources, she combines her academic background with a practical understanding of the industry. Originally from El Salvador, Camila has lived in France, Brazil, and Spain, gaining a multicultural perspective and fluency in Spanish, French, English, and Portuguese.

With master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Human Resources, she combines her academic background with a practical understanding of the industry. Originally from El Salvador, Camila has lived in France, Brazil, and Spain, gaining a multicultural perspective and fluency in Spanish, French, English, and Portuguese.
She began her career in Spain, completing her professional practices before joining Antal as an Associate Consultant. Over time, she has developed expertise in managing recruitment processes in the retail sector, both locally and internationally, working on diverse and complex projects.
