Leticia was part of the initial team that started Securitas Direct in Spain in 1993 coordinating the commercial and technical team of the Community of Madrid, before joining the Antal team when it opened in Spain since 2000. Directs and coordinates the company in Spain. Extensive experience in management and coordination of international projects in America, Europe and Asia mainly. Leticia studied Marketing, is studying an MBA from Carlos III University Fluent English and Spanish.

Patricia is Senior Consultant at Antal International Spain and has 15 years’ experience in recruitment and more than 13 years in Antal International. She is specialist in Food Industry, with a key focus in Fruit & Vegetables Sector, Healthy and Organic Food, Nutrition and Food Supplements and Wine. She has a Psychologist Degree and master’s in human resources management.

Emilio is Partner in Antal International in Madrid Office. He is degree in IT and Msc in International corporate finance and is fluent in English, Spanish and German. Before joining Antal has worked as Project Manager and Software Engineer in Telecommunication and Banking sectors, bringing that experience to set up the IT discipline which has expanded across sectors.

Belen Novellon is Manager and Partner in charge of the Engineering, Logistic and Operation Team. She supervises and advises on every project within the industry. Belen has a well-built experience in conducting search and interviewing candidates to ensure qualification and define the best fit for the position. Her expertise in different types on Industries, knowledge of the market, companies and typology of candidates enables her to advise and solve the recruitment needs that companies, both manufacturers and distributors, may have. I am Orsola Tramacere, I have a Bachelor in Law and I have recently concluded an Advanced Master in International and European Human Rights Law in the Netherlands. I recently started working as an Associate Consultant at Antal International, which is the perfect opportunity to improve my skills and work in an international environment. My biggest passion are sports, music and travelling. I consider myself a believer and hard working person, but also really sociable and able to adapting to new environments.

Santiago is Associate Consultant in the IT team in Madrid Office. He has experience on a wide range of areas and stands out for its adaptative capacity and quick learning, something indispensable in this fast-changing and fascinating technological sector. Precisely, he is a graduate on Journalism and Film Studies by the University of Seville. During this time, he always had an interest on the tech sector and the East Asia World. This led him to create a news project on the innovations of 5G and China’s role in its development.

His fascination for the Chinese world made him pursue the Master’s Degree on East Asia Studies by Autonomous University Madrid. There in China, he argues, huge developments on the tech sector and new trends are being put into practice which he believes, should be carefully watch, not to fall behind. He is devoted to the reading of international news organizations and following developments around the world, and too, of course, in this mysterious world of IT. With regards to languages, he is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and can handle some French and Portuguese. Currently, he has started to learn Chinese, something he envisions as a long process, but in hard times he usually remembers the ancient Chinese proverb: “A person with determination sees nothing in the world as impossible”.

Mar Piña Pol, originally from Mallorca. She has a double degree in Translation and Global Communication. She recently started working as an Associate IT Consultant at Antal International, which is the perfect opportunity to broaden my horizons and make the most of my skills. She speaks English, Spanish, German, French, and Catalan.

Ana Isabel is 25 years old, she has completed her studies in multiplatform application development and microcomputer systems and networks.

She is currently pursuing a university specialization in Marketing and Communication. She has two years of experience as a salesperson in various sectors oriented to the end customer.

She is part of Antal's Engineering team.

Lara Gutierrez has a double degree in International Business and International Relations. She has recently joined Antal International as an associate consultant in the IT team in Madrid Office. She is specialized in ERP solutions.

Marina Daniel has a Double Degree in International Relations and Global Communication, with a specialization in Security and Foreign Policy.

In Antal International’s Madrid Office, she is working as an IT Associate Consultant, specializing in data.

Due to her international experience, having lived in Spain, Russia, France, and the United States and being able to speak six languages, she is good at interacting with people from different nationalities, cultures, and backgrounds. She considers herself to be a hard-working, creative, and empathetic person, with a strong ability to adapt to new circumstances and environments, something she acquired both from her professional and personal experiences. As a result of her Global Communication Degree, she is particularly interested in the advantages and developments in the IT sector.

Gabriela is specialized in the SAP world. Gabriela helps clients find a balance between experience and expectations, especially in those modules that suffer from a lack of prepared professionals. Gabriela supports candidates in their search for better opportunities and allows them to develop their knowledge in more than one module, improving their employability and diversifying the risks associated with rapid changes in technology.

Before Antal, she builds a strong background as a strategic and business consultant, working for the healthcare Spanish system, pharmacy, veterinarian and biotech industry, and national research institutions. Because of this experience, she understands the different profiles needed in the sector and the background, formation, and skills a candidate needs to perform a specific role.

Psychologist with more than a year of experience in Recruitment in the Fast-Food sector, performing functions such as publishing job offers and creating job descriptions, doing CV screening, selection processes and follow-up and exit interviews. Also specialized in emergencies and am interested in Clinical Psychology, and in healthcare, in general. She worked as an editor in a Psychology online magazine for a year, and during the pandemic, she worked providing Psychological First Aid to those affected by COVID-19.
