Our office at Charni Road, compliments Antal’s strength in various disciplines by focusing in Manufacturing, Sales, Finance & Accounts.
We help companies hire top talent in Mid to Senior level for both their domestic and International operations. With more that 16 years experience within Steel Industry, we thoroughly understand the Steel sector. The rich industry experience provides us the required insight into the complexities and criticality associated with the hiring process within this sector. We intend to minimize the time and cost involved in identifying the right candidates for the job openings.
We have an extensive network within the Industry, we leverage it to the maximum in order to serve our clients better. We acknowledge that each organization, every assignment and candidate is unique, and they make sure both clients and candidates are treated accordingly.
Meet Hemant Kanugo
Hemant Kanugo - Managing Partner
This office is led by Mr. Hemant Kanugo who prior to joining Antal was working as the Director Operations for a stainless-steel pipe plant. Hemant comes with an all-round experience in managing business and has been a key-player in Managing Operations, Green Field Project, Sap Implementation, Merger and Acquisition and HR intervention within his organization. Hemant’s interventions also helped his company to get in a joint venture with one of the top-player from Spain.
Hemant started his career 16+ year career with a stainless-steel pipe-plant and has worked in almost all the various process from being on the shop floor to setting up different departments.
Hemant was born and bought up in Mumbai and has completed his studies from the renowned Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management.
Hemant chose recruitment as he has always possessed logical thinking over scenarios around him. Having hired for his company for years has helped him create a vast professional network of accomplished individuals across various functions. Hemant believes recruitment is not transactional, rather it is about creating relationships, it is about making an impact and helping both Clients and Candidates.
