In the Telecommunication Industry, the Magarpatta Office majorly works in Sales, Functional and Operational area for Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS)
This office also specializes in the IT Industry working specifically with language experts in Java, C++, C#, Python, Database Experts and Data Experts across various Industries and Data warehousing and Business Intelligence, Data Migration, Data Quality Services, Master Data Management and Big Data.
In the IT space, they also have an expertise in Cloud Computing and Enterprise Applications like ERP, SAP, CRM etc
The Magarpatta City office is managed by Vishal Madan who post his 17 years of outstanding record of accomplishments and experience with Amdocs, decided to take his industry experience of Telecommunications and Information Technology to help companies in these sectors to find the right talent.
Vishal started his career with Amdocs’s Cyprus Development Centre 17 years back as a Trainee Programmer and has left Amdocs as a Director in 2018 to join the Antal International Network.
He has played various roles and responsibilities across Product Research and Development, Delivery, Production Support and Operations, Program Management, Data Management and Migration Services etc. These roles were performed at Customer sites and Development Centers across Cyprus, India, Canada and Singapore.
In addition to the core roles and responsibilities, he has even managed the Hiring and Onboarding portfolio. As part of this portfolio, he was awarded for his various initiatives like -
• Gamification of the interview process where interviewers based on their contributions are awarded points and awards. An internal website was designed under the leadership of Vishal by a team of young volunteers.
• Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team towards ensuring Candidates wellness during interviews
• Enhancing the Interview Feedback process resulting in the more accurate capture of Interview – Selection Hit ratio.
He has been mentoring and coaching professionals through all roles on career changes and has been associated with Mentor Together, a non-profit organization that facilitates one-to-one mentoring relationships for disadvantaged young people.
He is PMP certified since 2009.
Vishal also has a passion for 10m air pistol shooting and aspires to be a professional sports shooter.
