He has a proven track record of personally and successfully conducting major transformation processes, international and strategic projects as well as permanently raising the level of excellence in day-to-day operations throughout all parts of the business cycle.
Having worked internationally in the consumer goods and automotive industries, in software consulting and across all layers of Sales & Distribution including Retail, he has gained cross-functional business process competence and a 360° business vision.
From his long-lived practice as a Director of IT&O, he appreciates the demands and constraints of running IT Analysis, Applications and Operations. Attraction, selection, recruitment and retention of key staff are his primary focus as he supports his portfolio of carefully selected clients in bringing their businesses to the next level – and beyond – by employing the right staff.
