Meet Mr Subodh Jindal

Subodh Jindal is a senior executive with over 30 years of an impactful professional career, having led mid to large MNCs and Indian organizations with P&L responsibilities in India, Asia and Global. Over the last 14 years, he has been in leadership roles as CEO/ MD/ Executive Director and Board member for several Fortune 500 organizations in the Indian and South - Asian regions.

He has a strong track record of Building, Expanding, Scaling , M&A and Managing businesses across diversified industries including some turn around assignments. He comes with a unique blend of experience, having worked with some of the biggest and widely recognized global and Indian brands & organizations; across multiple sectors like Engineering, Industrial, Auto & Auto aftermarket, Mobility,  Material Science, Pharma, and Consumer. He is an expert in various Go-to market strategies including B2B , B2C , B2B2C and franchisee models.

Subodh has built high performing teams and developed deep leadership pipelines both with internal talent development and lateral hiring . 

He is a certified Six Sigma black belt, with a strong process background which helps him drive Strategies with Operational Efficiencies. 

He is also an ICF trained Executive coach and is a regular visiting coach to some of the premier MBA Institutes of India for experienced professionals and Corporates. 
 

Meet Mr Vishwanath Rao

Vishwa or Vishy as he is called, is a seasoned engineering leader in the automotive and product development sector with over 30+years. He has been part of research and development and incubation centres during his tenure .
He has been part of large organisations as well as small organisations building teams and has a good understanding of organisation dynamics and how leadership and teams can influence the  growth and bottomline of organisations.

He is well versed in process for product development covering mechanical design to embedded software systems.

He is Known for his strategic, people-centric, and transformative leadership, he focuses on product development, mentoring teams, and fostering innovation in embedded systems and automotive engineering
He has extensive knowledge of working in OEMs, Service industry and GCCs. Starting with Bharat Electronics  and moving to CG-Smith software which was one of the earliest incubation centre for automotive software development in India.

He spent 18 years in Volvo R&D in India serving in various capacities. A  stint in Japan for customer satisfaction VP for APAC region. As VP and site manager for R&D(GTT)  in Bangalore,  he was instrumental in developing the site in multidimensions of size, efficiency and innovation. He loves getting to understand individual organisation challenges and find solutions.
