    Kevin Kempen, owner of the Antal Belgium office located in Herentals, brings more than 10 years of experience in Telco, service engineering projects, training and coaching from which 7years on freelance bases. He has been leading various successful Pre-sales and delivery projects on Belgium levels.

    From 2012 until 2015, Kevin has been engaged as Trainer for the leading telco company in Flanders called Telenet. He trained starters of different roles like Service engineers, customer care and sales.
    From the beginning of 2015 Kevin has been working on freelance base where he had the opportunity to help different company’s on many levels like: recruitment, training, coaching and starting up projects from scratch. His determination and ability to find the right person for the right job made him  valuable member of every team he worked with. Some examples: Simac, Esas, People & technology at work, Telenet, VOO, SFR and Athos Worldline.


    His experience enables him to fully understand the strategy and operational needs of his clients and to deliver effective solutions.
    Kevin has successfully completed his studies as a technical teacher at KHK (Geel) and has grown his own company to a trustworthy level.
    Kevin speaks fluent Dutch and French in addition to a moderate English.
