Pascal is an engineer who graduated both from the School of Engineering of Compiegne University (Chemical Engineering Dpt.) and University of Pennsylvanie. He has made his career in the Engineering, Infrastructures and Construction sectors where he held positions such as Process Engineer, Development Engineer, Sales Manager, Business Developpement Manager. He was then General Manager and Vice President of several entities in engineering and construction services, especially for Thales and SNC Lavalin in France and Europe. He is also senior advisor for European group in engineering (TPF), construction (Spie Batignolles) and operating (Indigo). His technical, managerial and varied background gives him a great expertise to understand the needs of his clients and to identify the most relevant candidates.

Frédéric is an Engineer of the Polytechnic Engineering School of Montpellier (specialized in infrastructures and water sciences) with a strong “25 years” experience of management in different engineering companies (BRL Ingénierie, TPF Group) specialized in Building, Infrastructures, Water and Environnement. He started his career as Project Manager and he successively held positions as Business Development Manager, Commercial Director, General Manger and CEO. He has profound experiences in leadership, strategy, business development, marketing & sales in different regions worldwide (Africa, Europe, China), familiar with multicultural working environment.  Including ability to deal with a wide range of people of different background and culture, in a caring and professional manner.
