The ideal candidate will combine corporate-level EHS governance and assurance capability with strong field credibility. They should be equally comfortable reviewing corporate EHS performance with senior management and visiting a construction site, quarry, asphalt/concrete plant or workshop to assess whether critical controls are actually working. Candidates must have the professional confidence to intervene, challenge senior operational personnel and stop unsafe work where necessary.
