Job Description
Обязанности:
- Organizes and controls the sales management process.
- Fulfills the Company's sales plan (volume and profit).
- Maintains partnerships with existing distributors.
- Searches for potential distributors.
- Develops and controls distributors' annual business plans.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with clients in the interests of the organization.
- Responds quickly to customer information and brings it to the attention of the Head of Automotive Sales.
- Finalize terms with the customer regarding prices, shipping dates and delivery methods.
- Controls the shipment of products to customers.
- Inform customers about all changes in the assortment, increases and decreases in prices, promotions to stimulate demand, the time of arrival of products at the warehouse.
- Responsible for timely handling of complaints/requests from customers, their prompt resolution.
- Controls and minimizes receivables.
- Motivates customers according to approved sales incentive programs.
- In cooperation with the marketing department, organizes various events for distributors in the field of marketing, product promotion, brand awareness, investments.
- Timely forecast and monthly sales plan.
- Analyzes statistical data on sales and shipments of goods to customers of the organization.
- Engages and supports colleagues selling through other distribution channels.
- Submits reports to the Managing director and Head of Automotive Sales.
- Conducts market analysis, price, (from open sources) marketing programs, competitor activity.
- Sends requests to the logistics department for delivery of products to customers.
- Participates in the development and implementation of projects related to sales activities.
- Interacts with other departments of the organization in order to fulfill the assigned tasks.
- Manages Distribution and Direct Sales (participates in recruitment and training; sets tasks for the personnel; evaluates personnel performance).
Требования:
- Higher education in economics or technical;
- At least 5 years of sales experience. B2B technical sales experience for at least 2 years, consulting and negotiating with key customers.
- Work with computer programs at the level of an experienced user.
- Conduct business correspondence in English.
- Negotiate in English;
- Be proficient in working with Excel.
