My client manufacture and sell designer appliances to a commercial client base. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead a team of 10 advisers to success. The role is initially a 1 year FTC to cover an internal secondment so I am looking for someone who is available immediately. Paying £40-45Kpa for the right candidate this is an excellent opportunity based near Heathrow Airport.

You will need people management experience within a manufacturing, sales environment, exceptional customer service skills are a given.

Core aspect of the role include:-

o Staff recruitment

o Monthly one to ones and bi -annual PDPs

o Training and coaching staff to deliver a high standard of customer service

o Handle all complex customer complaints

o Lead and inspire
