My client are a FTSE 100 international company with an SME feel on a local level. They are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join their small team in an operational role. This role will cover the European region and will be a mix of office and home working with some European travel when restrictions allow. Paying £50-60Kpa with excellent benefits this role offers real career progression so would suit someone who is really looking to forge ahead professionally. This will initially be a 9-12 month contract leading to a permanent position.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
- Engages & supports country HR teams in delivery of core operational processes
- Leads the annual pay review & management bonus plan for the Europe Region
- Develops business analysis and ensures management information (MI) reporting
- Delivers project management and related change management for HR country teams
- Undertakes some Employment Relations (UK) casework at various levels of complexity
- Supports regional recruitment initiatives and delivers projects with commercial impact
- Ensures RI country employment brand is optimised and effective candidate management
- Liaises pro-actively with the HR global teams and relevant functional colleagues
- Drives policy compliance and governance through tools, assessment and internal audits
