Job Description
My client is seeking and experienced HR Advisor with experience in all aspects of generalist HR including managing ER, HR MI Systems and reporting
Role
- Provide first line HR advice ranging from holiday calculations, maternity queries, disciplinary and grievance processes and redundancies
- Advise on disciplinary and grievance processes including investigations and appeals investigations to appeals
- Performance management for sickness and absence
- Review employment documentation ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice
- Recruitment activity including interviewing, selection processes and pre-screening
- Collate of payroll data for new joiners, leavers and changes to the Payroll Team
- On and off boarding process
- Collation of HR MI reports
- Carry out system administration including maintenance system testing and data integrity
- All other ad-hoc projects
Skills
- Previous HR Advisor experience including ER
- HR Degree preferably but no essential
- Experience of HR Management systems
- Reporting and analysing of HR MI
- GDPR knowledge
