I am recruiting for a Finance & Administration Assistant for a small but busy HR services company.
This is a full time office based role working Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00 a 36 hour working week.
Candidates will need to have office experience as you will be required to work independently. Confident & Articulate personality, highly organised and PC literate (MS office,)
This role is a mix of finance and administration. An example of duties:
- General administration
- Answering the incoming calls to the office
- Dealing with the Post
- Ordering office supplies
- Arranging cleaners
- Banking
- Credit control
- Dealing with payments
- Maintain financial spreadsheets
The role is to start in September due to the pre-employment checks the recruitment process is commencing now, Interviews will be held via Teams
An enhanced DBS check will be required
The role is a short walk from West Drayton Station
Salary range £20,000 -£25,000 depending on skills and experience
