My client is seeking an experienced Recruiter with either agency or On-site recruitment background

This is a busy demanding role dealing with high volume roles and managing multiple recruitment campaigns.

The ideal candidate must have relevant experience either within an agency or on-site

Must be available immediately, remote working is avaliable.

Working along side a partner you will deal with the assistant management recruitment for the business

Role

• Advertising, defining attraction, screen, sourcing, interviewing candidates
• Liaising with operations/multi site team to book interviews and managing the offer process
• Liaising with ops teams to identify their needs, define the best attraction strategy, screen and source candidates, for the operational teams to interviews

Experience

• Previous Recruitment Agency or on-site recruiter experience
• Muti tasker
• Able to take ownership and work with limited supervision
