An exciting new role has been created! For a Business Development Manager

I would love to speak to candidates with a background in Marketing / Sales / Trading / Buying who are looking for a different direction in career, Would really suit candidates from a FMCG company.

This is not your typical Business Development Manager role.

You will be responsible for presenting new ideas to the stakeholders to outline what the stores should be focusing on and predicting the next big thing in retail. Get involved with the planning of stores and how they should look and feel to the consumers.

This roles requires:

• At least 3 years in an FMCG environment
• Passionate about innovation in Food retail
• Creative ideas,
• Research skills,
• Retail / FMCG experience
• Trading / Buying experience in retail
• Excellent presentation skills
• Articulate planning and exceptional organisational skills
• Resilience
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to work autonomously
