Job Description
The successful candidate will will be responsible for the day to day transactions covering the daily payments, invoices and supplier statement reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up New suppliers whilst following internal guidelines
- Validating, tracking and processing invoices, ensuring they have been properly authorised and coded before entry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Accurate and timely management of purchase ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Expenses - check and post approved expense claims.
- Assist in maintaining the Fixed Assets ledger
Key Attributes:
- Previous experience working within a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment
- Intermediate Excel
