Hiring for a .NET Developer - Lead for a global IT Services and Consulting Company in the space of Microsoft Dynamics.

Role & responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Utilize design/architectural patterns, such as Model-View-Controller (MVC), to create scalable and modular applications.
- Work with SQL Server to design, implement, and maintain databases.
- Familiarity with REST and RPC architecture styles and APIs.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Candidate requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)).
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3.
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
