Job Description
We are looking to new (Seniro) Account Manager to join the team of our client based in Barcelona, Spain or Switzerland.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand your customer portfolio by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while ensuring customer renewals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customer executive sponsors to align our activities with their business strategies and maximize the value of our Starmind solution.
- Oversee customer adoption, training, and the implementation of best practices to continually enhance value and return on investment.
- Guide customers through various stages of their journey with us, from project success planning to onboarding and expanding their usage of Starmind.
- Act as the voice of the client, providing internal feedback to help improve Starmind's solutions.
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts by outlining Account Management/Customer Success deliverables and participating in meetings with customers to set expectations, communication plans, and KPI support.
Qualifications for Success:
- Proficiency in the German language is essential, with Swiss-German proficiency being a strong advantage.
- Approach your customer portfolio with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing B2B Customer Success or Account Management roles within an SaaS environment.
- Intrinsic motivation to understand your customers' businesses, identify their pain points, and translate them into actionable solutions that create value.
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities.
