Our client, a fast-growing start-up, is looking for people with customer service experience to join their team. The unique nature of the company will allow someone to take on more serious responsibilities, while the AI takes care of repetitive work. The successful candidate will be an essential part of the group who will have the chance to develop further as the customer base grows and the range of solutions reaches the most tedious administrative tasks. Your responsibilities
- Taking care of all admin tasks of their customers which will run through your team. These tasks include doctor's appointments, invoice paying, and planning of upcoming moves
- You will be supported by their software solution, which will take over trivial tasks for you and help you to keep track of everything
- Finding quickly an efficient and effective solution with creativity and online research skills
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and leaving customers with every interaction
- You will be the contact person for their product team and help them not only to solve tasks professionally but also to document and automate them
What you need to be successful
- You have a college degree and 2+ years of work experience in customer service, assistance work, hospitality or event planning or management
- You are a problem solver with an independent work ethic and hands-on mentality
- Your German and English is business fluent in written and spoken
- You are skilled in using software and feel comfortable doing online research
- You are communicative, curious, and persistent
- You are precise and detail-oriented in your work
- Distinct interpersonal skills, a positive charisma as well as pleasant and polite manners round off your profile
