Our client is a tech company, with over 350 employees. They provide digital learning solutions to help organizations in their digital transformation journey. This way they ensure the efficient transfer of knowledge and rapid adaptation to changes. Having esteemed clients such as Bosch, Mercedes, and BMW supports your sales approach. Since they are growing they are looking for a Sales Consultant to manage partnerships and build new ones.
As a (Senior) Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling our consulting solutions - our HR process optimization solution and its implementation, our services portfolio, and our own IT solutions, all of which are used in the HR context.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from making initial contact to closing contracts
- You will coordinate the entire proposal process and manage internal resources
- Managing existing customers and generating new projects, as well as negotiating framework agreements, are also part of your responsibilities
- You will take responsibility for cross-industry tenders
- You will present individual solution scenarios to new and existing customers in the form of presentations, discussions, and demonstration scenarios
- You will work closely with internal consultants and our partner as part of the account team
- You will represent us at trade shows and events, and develop our profile in coordination with marketing
Your profile
- You have experience in selling software or services
- You enjoy driving processes forward, are comfortable in a consulting environment, and are curious about new things
- Successfully completed university degree with a commercial and/or technical focus or equivalent Ideally, you have experience in the HR cloud environment (preferably with our HR process optimization solution)
- A high willingness to travel for national and international sales assignments
- Fluent German and English language skills both in speaking and writing
