Role and Responsibilities:
The role requires a Leader with an extensive experience of Sales & Service Delivery Management. Being an Intrapreneur within an enterprise, heading a AAA (Automation, Application & Analytic) IT practice, nurture & grow a strong team fostering a positive, high-energy high-performance culture. To develop, grow and communicate a clear, simple, customer-focused vision/direction for the IT industry vertical sales teams. Forward thinking, stretches horizons, challenges imaginations acting as a transformational Leader. Inspires and energizes the teams to commit to the Vision, captures minds, Leads by example.
- Build Sales Practices across AAA (Application, Automation & Analytics) BFS Verticals which meets and exceeds International Standards
- GTM Strategy for this practice/business.
- Responsibility of managing the P&L.
- Technocrat: Technology expert. Build a team of solution architects subject matter experts.
- Ability to establish a unique, clear specific use cases for enterprise customers.
- Create solution centers/POCs, showcasing company's core expertise in this practice.
- Business Management: Strategic tactical vision and execution plan, for business growth.
- Market intelligence. Enabling effective project execution in tandem with delivery team(s).
- Excellence in business forecasting accuracy. Strategizing market positioning statements, of solutions/services offered.
- Build Operational Framework for sales operations across verticals and Industry and govern Implementation
- Manage (Hire, Coach and Retain) a team of sales professionals and inculcate the right values and drive to be able to succeed in the group sales target. Create and coach the team in a manner that they can consistently grow revenue.
- Partner with cross-functional resources to drive collaboration and implementation of Practice.
- Work with Sales Teams to Network with CXO/CIO of various organizations and showcase capabilities of the practice, brand and company and act as a catalyst to business affecting increase in business potential.
- Chart out a strategic road map, plan and execute the entire growth plan from Customers of the assigned vertical.
- Manage, Create and Lead the New Account Acquisition strategy and Cross Sell and Up-Sell strategy of the existing accounts to ensure growth of the AAA- BFS Grow vertical.
- Constantly review and ensure the team reflects the highest level of commitment in following the company processes. Guide the team to evolve practices, implement effective strategies and plans.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and represent the team / industry vertical business plan to leadership.
- Leveraging business acumen, management experience, change management skills and domain expertise skills to provide strategic and tactical support to service delivery team of the AAA BU
- Driving Automations and digitization in various processes associated directly or indirectly with Sales
Requisites to lead the role
- Proven experience in BFSI is a must
- Thought Leader: Be a thought leader in Sales Vertical and build Practice capabilities which stands out in the Market
- Tech Savvy: Should be willing to learn and Implement Technology that will help in improving sales and Brand visibility from a Capability Perspective.
- Team Leader & Result-Driven: Able to drive a team of sales managers to deliver results & Proven ability to consistently achieve targets.
- Networker: Able to build and tap into a pool of established contacts.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / computer science with an MBA.
