Job Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Economics/Polytechnics/Mathematics with a focus on accounting. Having part or completed ACCA is considered a plus.
• Should have 2-5 years of experience as a financial auditor in either commercial or financial services industries.
• Should have good knowledge of Romanian GAAP and IFRS.
• Should understand the Romanian market and the business environment.
• Must be able to produce quality work in a dynamic work environment.
• Should have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Romanian. Knowledge of other European languages will be an added advantage.
• Must be a team player, with good questioning and coaching skills.
• Should have strong analytical skills.
• Must be self-motivated, with a passion for gaining experience and building a career in a professional environment while maintaining a strong team spirit.

Main Responsibilities:

• Independently handle audit engagements.
• Lead project teams working with Romanian and international clients.
• Train and coach junior staff.
• Build strong relationships with client representatives.
• Travel to clients' premises as required.
