This is a site-based role focused on supervising and coordinating day-to-day concrete activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, and in line with project schedules. Responsibilities Manage daily concrete construction activities including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, curing and stripping. Our client is a well-established international company with significant operations in Romania, known for stable teams, strong training, and clear paths for internal growth   Location: Bucharest, central office Hybrid: 4 days from the office, 1 day remote, with reasonable everyday flexibility   About the role: On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Tax Accountant to take ownership of statutory reporting, tax compliance, and fixed assets The role sits in a small finance team reporting to the local Accounting Manager This is a hands-on position for someone who knows Romanian tax inside out and is comfortable owning the statutory and reporting side end to end   Your responsibilities: Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow), ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery Review journal entries, reconcile accounts, and monitor the general ledger, correcting any discrepancies Handle corporate tax and VAT calculations, declarations, and payments in line with legal requirements Complete year-end corporate tax calculations and statutory reporting Forecast and manage cash flow to secure liquidity for daily operations and investments Maintain and develop accounting policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and IFRS Coordinate annual statutory, customs, and tax audits, and ensure findings are resolved on time Implement control procedures to safeguard assets and prevent fraud Work closely with the shared service center on daily operations Stay current with changes in tax law and reporting standards, updating local procedures as needed   What you bring: Around 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or FMCG Strong knowledge of IFRS Strong knowledge of Romanian tax regulation Proficiency in SAP is essential Excellent English, both written and spoken Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; a master's degree and/or professional certification is a plus   What is on offer: 9.000 - 10.000 RON NET (negotiable depending on your skills, experience, and profile) Meal tickets, private medical insurance, and a co-financed sports benefit Staff discount on company products, long-service awards, and a retirement reward Access to an online learning platform, with extensive onboarding and internal training Strong internal mobility, with the majority of roles filled through internal promotion   How to apply: Send us your CV and our consultants will be in touch GDPR Notice: By applying for this role, candidates implicitly consent to their personal data being processed by Antal, unless otherwise advised in writing. It represents well-known brands and is expanding its commercial activity.   Scope of the role Drive revenue growth across the client portfolio, with an initial main focus on the hospital divisions Sales to integrators remain under the direct coordination of country leadership Lead the team to own the full sales cycle: cold calls, clinical presentations, tender management and contract closure on SEAP Act as a hands-on hunter and negotiator with hospitals, with the team split roughly 50% growing the existing portfolio and 50% new business development Drive growth into new segments and new portfolio Coordinate the marketing strategy by deploying HQ methods and using local channels to support sales, including pricing strategy and competitor research Marketing is around 20% of the time initially, decreasing gradually in favor of sales once a viable marketing policy is in place   Key must-haves Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, ideally at a supplier or distributor of medical devices to hospitals (oncology, neonat, ICU, OR) University degree (medical, engineering or business preferred) and valid driving license Good technical understanding of medical devices and the healthcare sector Minimum 4 to 5 years coordinating sales teams with provable results Good marketing knowledge, ideally 1 to 2 years hands-on Strong, ambitious, flexible, proactive and charismatic, but balanced Strong hospital relationship network Natural leadership that builds trust within the team and across the market Fluent Romanian and professional English (mandatory)   Principal responsibilities Co-create the sales and marketing strategy and a 3-year commercial plan Execute the sales plan and exceed targets, directly and through the team Coordinate and mentor the team across the full cycle: lead generation, presentations, clinical demos, SEAP tenders, negotiation and closure Maintain relationships with hospital directors, NICU/ICU physicians, anesthesiologists, surgeons, biomedical engineers and procurement teams Generate new clients, the core focus of this role Own reporting, forecasting and CRM pipeline accuracy Collaborate with service engineering on installations and after-sales Coordinate marketing and implement efficient channels   Package Open and negotiable fixed salary + bonus on target Company car and travel reimbursed Annual leave Meal tickets Bucharest office, field-based initially Further conditions to be discussed   How to apply: Send us your CV and our consultants will be in touch GDPR Notice: By applying for this role, candidates implicitly consent to their personal data being processed by Antal, unless otherwise advised in writing.
