With over 35 years of experience living and working in CEE and Romania. I consider myself to be a value, growth-driven executive, with strong people and communication skills. I believe in, meritocracy, equality, inclusion and sustainability.

I am currently on the board of the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce, BRCC, as a Vice Chairman. At the BRCC I have represented and helped develop British and Romanian business, trade and investment interests for over 10 years both on the board and as the CEO.  I am also on the Advisory board of the Duke of Edinburgh International Award, Romania, a global youth leadership development program.

My professional experience has included leading teams, and delivering Human Capital services including organizational development, talent management, BPO and search and selection. Working with leading businesses in Romania and the Region.

More recently I have worked as a consultant helping businesses with their growth strategy, working in healthcare and technology businesses. I have also at the same time worked to support private equity investors in the UK market with new technology-based investments.

I have also been involved in the development of Cricket in Romanian and was the Chairman of the Transylvanian Cricket Club.
