Account Based Marketing Specialist

The role
Our client is looking for an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join its Field Marketing Team to drive demand for both customer and prospective accounts in Central and Northern Europe. You’ll work closely with product marketing and corporate marketing, and you will be responsible for the strategy, execution and measurement of multi-channel ABM campaigns.
You will need to develop account specific marketing plans to uncover new sales opportunities and run ABM campaigns to specific industry segments such as industrial manufacturers. You’ll also get to know your customers and prospects so that you can create and execute account based marketing campaigns to grow the relationship with existing customers.
What You’ll Be Doing- Execute innovative and creative ABM programs across all channels to generate pipeline
- Align marketing and sales to develop account profiles and target personas
- Act as a liaison between the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and tactics designed to uncover new sales opportunities
- Provide data and insights on target accounts and contacts within these accounts to sales
- Measure, analyze, and report on target account penetration on a regular basis as well as impact of ABM efforts on pipeline revenue (marketing sourced and influenced)
- Communicate regularly with sales to ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow up on marketing generated leads
- Nurture marketing qualified leads for target accounts to turn them into sales-ready opportunities
- Monitor industry landscape to develop go-to-market strategies to reach target personas and identify gaps within strategic accounts
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and take initiative
Who You Are
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a high-tech B2B ABM, demand generation, or industry marketing role
- Experience with multi-channel ABM programs for enterprise accounts
- Experience working with Sales to coordinate and implement ABM programs
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and how to employ marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement
- Proficiency across major marketing technologies, including ABM and direct mail platforms
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work individually and with diverse teams
- Proven revenue generation success
- Knowledge of persona marketing and the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar discipline
