To drive this next phase of growth, we’re looking for a high-performance Account Manager who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments and knows how to turn qualified prospects into long-term, high-value partnerships.
About the Role
This isn’t your average SaaS gig. You’ll be selling a powerful platform to energy traders, meteorologists, and technical leaders, helping them make smarter, faster, and more sustainable decisions. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to onboarding — with the opportunity to shape our client’s go-to-market engine from the ground up.
You’ll be working closely with the CEO and Head of Sales in a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You’ll build pipeline, drive velocity deals, and serve as a trusted partner to some of the most innovative players in the energy space.
What You’ll Be Doing

Full-cycle sales: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new business

Drive outbound campaigns in targeted verticals (energy trading, meteorology, and more)

Deliver tailored demos that showcase business value and technical depth

Be the customer’s guide post-sale, from onboarding to expansion

Collaborate with Engineering and Product to shape commercial strategy with feedback from the field

Represent the company at events, on-site meetings, and industry gatherings across the UK and Europe
What You Bring
-
1–3 years of B2B sales experience in fast-paced startup environments
-
Experience selling technical products — not just quoting prices, but solving problems

Proven success engaging traders, data scientists, or technical buyers

Background in energy, commodities, or financial markets

High EQ, high IQ, and a serious bias for action

Must have a valid residence and work status for the UK or Switzerland
Bonus Points

MSc or PhD in a quantitative discipline

Experience with automated outbound tools (Hubspot, Clay, etc.)
