The Sales Account Managers should have 3 - 5 years of experience. A perfect candidate should manage a portfolio of assigned accounts (banks, telecom, Hotels, Embassies, Gym & Sports) and develop new business opportunity from existing and potential clients through connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, maintaining a good relationship with existing accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Acquire new corporate accounts focusing on Banks and Telecom companies.
- Build a strengthen relationship with new accounts for growth and managing existing accounts for long-term success.
- Perform the needed Reports and analysis, showing progress in acquiring new accounts and targets achievements.
- Set plan to improve sales performance, penetrate new markets, regions, and accounts.
- Monitor sales progress and report monthly on KPIs achievements.
- Respond to clients queries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Acts as the point of contact for assigned accounts, following up with all internal departments to finalize the operations of a new deals.
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics and develop analysis.
- Identifies new opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Follow up with all internal stakeholders to achieve clients requests providing an excellent after sale service
