Account Manager – PLM Software
Germany/Remote

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop a sales account plan, implementing the appropriate sales strategy of appropriate sales.
- Coordinate on account strategies and initiatives with Management and all available resources including the Client Success Manager
- Utilize sales methodologies adopted by the company to finalize the achievement of technical and commercial objectives
- Develop adequate knowledge and understanding of customer business processes, technical requirements that generate value for the customer and, as a result, solidify a trusting relationship
- Maintain all-encompassing expertise of processes, technology trends and workflows in order to provide useful information and timely guidance to position the company’s solutions
- Align with key figures at customer sites to finalize negotiations from both technical and commercial perspectives
- Promote a technical evaluation methodology (PoC), develop a strong ability to propose product demos, pilot projects, etc.
- Build, develop and cultivate working and trusting relationships with other resources within the company (Marketing, Professional Services...)
- Oversee and direct internal resources to achieve established goals to meet customer requirements, finalize business negotiations and coordinate overall account strategy
What You’ll Need
- Appropriate technical studies followed by consistent professional experience
- At least 8 years of experience in Presales consulting, as a Technical Account Management (TAM), preferably in the Automotive industry
- Extensive decision-making skills aimed at improving customer experience with their Software
- Adequate technical know-how combined with a strong business acumen
- Ability to cultivate relationships with customers and partners to identify the right contacts and move the ideal sales levers
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
