Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager – Audio, Video & Lighting to join a leading Events & Entertainment organization in Riyadh, KSA. This is a senior client-facing role, offering a unique opportunity to manage high-profile projects across live events, concerts, and large-scale productions.
As the primary liaison for clients, you will ensure that every technical and production requirement is delivered to the highest standard. You will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships, managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal technical teams and external vendors.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced event environments, has a proven track record of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously, and is motivated to contribute to the growth of the organization through client satisfaction and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project expectations.
- Manage end-to-end client accounts, from initial briefing to final project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Understand client requirements in detail and translate them into actionable project plans for technical teams.
- Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and cross-selling within client accounts.
- Ensure high-quality execution of AV, lighting, and video projects, coordinating closely with technical teams and vendors.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze post-event client feedback, implementing process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project documentation, and reporting metrics.
- Participate in strategic client meetings, contributing insights on production feasibility, resource planning, and project solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, AV technology, and entertainment best practices to advise clients and internal teams effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, preferably in events, AV, or entertainment sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Experience with budgeting, project planning, and reporting.
- Knowledge of AV, lighting, and video production processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, KSA, and work flexible hours as required for events.
