Job Description:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships, as well as developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within existing customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, regularly updating CRM and forecasting tools
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Experience in the software or technology industry preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
