- Lead customer relationship management for territory/customers: will be the customer advocate within COMPANY, and the face of COMPANY at the customer.
- Supports and drives sales and commercial activities, tasks include:
- Leads focus on the customer and what adds value.
- Supports/setups all customer agreements (NDA, Supply agreements, etc.).
- Supports/leads commercial negotiations (customer advocate & face of COMPANY).
- Provides a transparent and data driven approach (via CRM system, etc.).
- Provides actionable competitive intelligence (via CRM system, etc.).
- Follows up on agreed actions (customer advocate & face of COMPANY).
- Generates superior value for COMPANY by supporting and driving sales.
- Performs market analyses for assigned territory and customers.
- Identifies customer potentials and proactively drives follow-ups.
- Identifies market trends and summarizes competitor activities.
- Monitors and reports on technical and chemical regulations, and economical preconditions necessary for relevant engineering/catalyst projects.
- Defines, initiates and leads relevant market/customer projects.
- Controls, evaluates and documents progress and achievement of commercial and customer milestones (via CRM, etc.).
- Reports functionally to EMEA Sales Director (part of COMPANY Catalysts Division).
- Reports disciplinary to MD of COMPANY Country Cluster Central Asia (Almaty, Kazakhstan).
- Focus products: COMPANY Chemical Catalysts and Adsorbents.
- Territory: Central Asia Countries (Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kirgizstan)
