This role focuses on managing our largest and most complex self-insured health plan accounts, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key ASO accounts.
- Provide exemplary day-to-day service to meet retention goals.
- Lead strategic account oversight, including annual renewals and contract reviews.
- Collaborate with various functional areas within the organization to align services with client needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and extensive experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing self-insured health plans.
- Proficient in public speaking and delivering group presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong background in ASO or TPA with a thorough understanding of stop-loss and market needs specific to self-insured plans.
- Comprehensive knowledge of self-insured health plan benefits and services, with a proven track record in problem-solving.
