This role focuses on managing our largest and most complex self-insured health plan accounts, ensuring exceptional service and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance relationships with key ASO accounts.
• Provide exemplary day-to-day service to meet retention goals.
• Lead strategic account oversight, including annual renewals and contract reviews.
• Collaborate with various functional areas within the organization to align services with client needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and extensive experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing self-insured health plans.
• Proficient in public speaking and delivering group presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong background in ASO or TPA with a thorough understanding of stop-loss and market needs specific to self-insured plans.
• Comprehensive knowledge of self-insured health plan benefits and services, with a proven track record in problem-solving.
