Account Manager - Italian speaker based in Floresti, Cluj Napoca
The roll is to maintains contacts with (potential) customers & clients and supports the commercial department in commercial processes.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Account Manager will supports the sales and customer service departments on all commercial matters:
Collects all kinds of related information from (potential) customers and clients;
Approaches potential customers and clients and tries to arrange a personal visit from one of the sales managers;
Maintains relationship with existing customers;
Sends information (material) and archiving relevant correspondence;
Sets up and manages the customer database
Supports the sales department and customer service;
Prepares and sends of performance reports;
Keeps up-to-date and conducts research regarding developments in the market.
REQUIREMENTS:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or equivalent;
- LANGUAGES: Very good command in Italian (writing/speaking/understanding min. C1 level),Englsh, French and German is an advantage;
- COMPUTER SKILLS: Advanced MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel); automated systems (Office, WMS, CRM);
- SKILLS: Conscientiousness/ Accuracy; Resolving problems; Independency; Self-management; Business orientation; Building relationships; Communication skills; Client orientation.
