Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to paymeny
• Prioritize invoices according to payment terms and cash potential
• Invoice bookings for expenses with LPOs
• Booking of urgent payments: Utilities, Statutory, Municipality, VAT
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepencies
• Reconcile interconcept / territory/ company account balances
• Printing of cheques / processing online payments / preparing bank TT forms
• Release of cheques and obtain the acknowledment from the receiver
• Monitor the bank debits for the cheques issued
• The person should have the maturity and ability to build a collaborativ environment through cross conecept team work
• Strong customer orientation

Cash and Bank

• Maintenance and updating of fund postion tracker
• Office petty cash handling
• Office IOU tracker maintenance
• Office petty cash voucher booking (including VAT entry)
• Outlet petty cash re-imbursement / vouchers booking
• Weekly balance reconciliation of outlet petty cash
• Daily petty cash reconciliation and closing
• Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement
• Prepaid expense tracking and booking
