Responsibilities:

• Working with suppliers of goods, works, and services.
• Processing advance reports in SAP.
• Reconciliation of incoming documents (closing orders with invoices in SAP).
• Timely reconciliation with suppliers regarding outstanding payments.
• Data transfer from SAP to 1C (interface), verification, and processing of documents (receipt of goods, works, services, fixed assets, production cards).
• Production process in 1C.
• Creation of powers of attorney for receiving goods.
• Statistical reporting for Almaty city and Almaty region.
• Participates in inventory of inventory and fixed assets.
• Acts as a substitute for the Supplier Accountant for branches.
• Timely reflection of processed documents in the accounting records.
• Preparation of data for the relevant accounting area for the preparation of tax and financial reporting.
• Ensuring the safety of accounting documents, formalizes them in accordance with established procedures, and prepares them for archiving.

Requirements:

• English (Intermediate and higher).
• Experience in SAP.
• Minimum of 2 year experience at a similar position.
