Job Responsibilities:
- Interaction with regulatory authorities, banks, and other organizations.
- Organization and control of accounting, ensuring timely and accurate reflection of all transactions related to the financial and economic activities of the organization (compliance with legislation and internal regulations).
- Organization and control of analysis and monitoring of settlements, accounts receivable and payable. Conducting reconciliations with counterparties (suppliers, payment systems).
- Ability to work with non-residents, currencies.
- Organization and control of the correct and timely processing of primary documentation, collecting original documents from suppliers.
- Ensuring the legality, timeliness, and correctness of document execution, salary calculations, accurate calculation and payment of taxes, and other mandatory payments to the budget, pension, and other insurance contributions.
- Execution of tasks and instructions from management.
Requirements:
- English Proficiency (Upper-Intermediate)
- Mandatory experience in logistics companies.
- Higher education in Accounting and Audit.
- Knowledge of ECR, Export, Import.
- Knowledge of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Customs Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Knowledge of all areas of accounting and forms of tax reporting.
- Experience in independent accounting.
- Proficiency in 1C, confident computer user.
