Accounting specialist

The Accounting Specialist provides accounting support to major financial accounting areas, incluiding accounts receivable, account reconciliation and taxes.

Objectives:

* Mantain accounts receivable, fixed assets and insurance process and documentation.

*Mantain internal controls proccess of accounts receivables, taxes and fixed assets.

*Accounts receivable tasks: Monitoring of AR Aging, follow up of collection from all channels, prepare confirmation of payments and credit notes for customers, organize support documentation of accounts receivable and collection in SAP.

*Bookings of all the collection transaction and compensate payments thru SAP AR module

* Ensure that confirmation of payments and credit notes are uploaded in customer portals.

*Fixed assets: Monitoring fixed assets movements, physically and electronic documentation, depreciation expense.

*Insurance: Monitoring
insurance policies, due dates, renewals and amortization recognition.

* Preparation of Monthly tax package

* Support to Financial and External Audit and tax authorities

Main duties

• Documentation of LICS controls ( AR, Fixed Assets and Taxes)

• Prepare confirmation of payments and credit notes for customers, organize the support documentation of accounts receivable and collection in SAP. Monitoring of AR Aging and Follow-up

• Fixed assets: Monitoring fixed assets movements, physically and electronic documentation, Physical inventory, depreciation expense.

• Support to External and tax authority audits?
