Maintenance Manager
Maintenance Manager | Manufacturing
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and plant availability.
This position is responsible for developing and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies while leading multidisciplinary maintenance teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Improve key performance indicators including OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production to ensure minimal operational disruption.
Manage maintenance of production equipment, automation systems, robotics, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, utilities, compressors, boilers, and facility infrastructure.
Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), FMEA, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and equipment reliability initiatives.
Manage the CMMS system, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, asset history, and maintenance documentation.
Oversee maintenance budgets, MRO spending, capital projects, contractors, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Recruit, develop, coach, and lead maintenance technicians and supervisors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
At least 3 years of experience leading maintenance teams.
Strong experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Experience managing maintenance budgets, capital projects, and contractor performance.
Knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix, or similar).
Experience with PLCs, industrial automation, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical/mechanical systems.
Advanced problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
CMRP, CMRT, CRE, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
Experience implementing TPM and Reliability Engineering programs.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and digital maintenance tools.
