An Experienced Accounts Payable Clerk required to join a small but busy finance team for a highly successful company. Mainly office based role in their refurbished offices in Hayes! Very friendly and helpful team.
Accounts Payable Clerk
Office based (after training Friday's work from home with a 4.30pm finish) Office based in Hayes (with Parking!)
Salary £26,000 - £28,000
Skills & Experience required for the role:
- Experience working in an Accounts payable role
- Good understanding of Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Proficient using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Communicator (written & verbal)
- Ability to build relationships with vendors
- Ability to use own initiative
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately Process invoices and match to Purchase orders etc
- Organise & action electronic payments & transfers
- Post transactions to journals
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Produce Monthly reports
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Work closely with the Finance manager and team
