Seeking a dynamic AR Manager for our client, into testing, inspection and certification for Food and allied segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits.

Monitor and manage overdue accounts, implementing strategies for resolution.

Oversee accurate and timely invoicing processes.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Implement best practices for efficient billing cycles.

Supervise and motivate accounts receivable team members.

Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Generate regular reports on accounts receivable aging, cash flow, and other relevant financial metrics.

Analyse trends and variances to identify areas for improvement.

Interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain positive relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing business partnerships.
