Parkside Recruitment are currently partnering with a global company for the appointment of a Accounts Receivable Team Leader.
You will ideally have 1 years experience in a similar position and be eager to progress your career into a fast paced role.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibly lead, supervise and coordinate the work of the team, ensuring a high level of motivation and morale is maintained and individual potential is encouraged and developed.
- Act as a point of contact for the team for escalated complex enquiries including complaints; use initiative and take action to act on behalf of management to deal with queries/complaints and resolve issue and problems through contact with others, team working and negotiation
- Ensure systems are in place so that incoming communications are processed promptly and appropriately to ensure timely delivery of service.
- Ensure that departmental KPIs are adhered to where possible and report and discuss those not met with the Finance Team Manager
- Ensure all month end reports are run and accurately completed, ahead of the monthly invoice run.
- Ensure monthly Direct Debit collections are carried out in line with Company deadlines
- Work with the team to monitor and lower outstanding debt for all customer accounts, resulting in consistently reduced DSOs
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally Credit Control and Invoicing Management experience with exposure to managing customer accounts with a similar size organisation.
- Supervisory experience is an essential attribute with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Excellent level of planning and numeracy skills, together with an eye for detail.
