- Efficient Administrative Support: Ensuring robust support across various firm's departments, working cohesively with the team and the Office Manager.
- Document Preparation: Producing and reviewing essential documents like letters, reports, and presentations with utmost precision and quality.
- Sustained Efficiency: Aiding in the efficient functioning of the firm via adept utilisation of software packages like CCH.
- Reception Duties: Providing interim reception cover as per need.
- Ongoing Professional Development: Staying abreast of advancements in administrative practices and continually honing your administrative skills.
- General and Ad-Hoc Duties: Conducting routine and spontaneous administrative tasks, including scanning, mail management, and special projects as directed.
