The successful incumbent should possess the following criteria:
Perfect English Language (She will deal closely with our HQ in London)
3-6 years of experience in administration or customer service or guests relations
Multinational experience is a HUGE plus
Preferred background industries include: Hospitality, Insurance but we are open to candidates from other industries
Ideally living in East Cairo (She will need to commute to the office in Maadi 4-5 days a week)
Excellent communicator and team player
Demonstrated examples of handling critical situations with different stakeholders
The Main job responsibilitie include (but not limited to):
Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team with various admin related tasks
Helping the team with internal hiring
Managing all office related tasks including timely payment of all liabilities
Filing, reviewing liaing with the legal team in drafting and reviewing documents and contracts
Attending team meetings as well as client meetings as deemed appropriate by the business
Managing the IT-ware, Courier, Stationary as well as managing the company's messenger
